SBS筆記

此量表是用來評估導致長期失能個案需依賴或轉介至精神照護機構的特定行為問題。主要評估項目共有21項題目，其中有17題與問題行為相關，有3題是溝通能力問題，有1題是自我照顧能力問題。次要評估內容有工作(2題)、休閒(1題)、以及表現與期待(6題)。

21項題目內容：

1.          Little spontaneous communication

2.          Incoherence of speech

3.          Odd or inappropriate conversation

4.          Depression

5.          Inappropriate social mixing

6.          Hostility

7.          Demanding attention

8.          Suicide ideas or behavior

9.          Panic attacks and phobias

10.      Overactivity and restlessness

11.      Laughing or talking to self

12.      Acting out bizarre ideas

13.      Posturing and mannerisms

14.      Socially unacceptable habits or manners

15.      Violence or threats

16.      Inappropriate sexual behavior

17.      Slowness

18.      Underactivitry

19.      Poor attention span

20.      Other behavior

21.      Poor self care

根據假設架構，此量表所評之主要內容屬於Social skill的部份（communication, social appropriateness），因此不列為Social function評估工具之一。
