SAS-II評析

此為Schooler與Hogarty於1979根據Social Adjustment Scale修改成適用於精神分裂症個案的社會角色適應量表。由施測者以半結構面談的方式評估個案過去2個月的角色功能表現。共52題，施測時間約45-90分鐘。評估的角色範疇共有8類，分別為：

1.           Work

2.           Relationship with principal household member

3.           Parental role

4.           Relationship with external family

5.           Social/leisure activities

6.           sexual adjustment

7.           Romantic involvement

8.           Personal well-being(appearance, grooming, ability to care for oneself)

在內容架構上：

此量表根據社會角色列出該功能上可能會遇到的問題。角色功能又分成4大類（behavior performance(綠), interpersonal behaviors(紅), friction(藍), feelings and satisfactions(藍)），其對應到假設架構的內容如上表。架構相似，但SAS-II較著重在評估social relationship以及family member role。另外在work domain中所評的經濟狀況屬於環境因素，Personal well-being domain所評的個人衛生和健康照護屬於個人因素，不包含在social function的範疇中。
