中風個案－社會功能評估問卷

從42篇文獻中保留8篇文獻，保留條件：符合最初搜尋的定義（social partcipation, communication/social skill）、有用到相關量表來評估社會參與/功能，也有在結果部分做說明。其中1篇為文獻回顧。文獻中所使用的量表共有9種，但在詳細查詢量表資料後，有2項不符合或缺乏社會功能相關之評量，因此僅保留7種量表，整理如下表：

因為星期一還沒有申請medline帳號，所以昨天重新一個一個尋找....然後發現第17項的資料又多了不少，再將文獻限制在英文資料的部分，結果仍比第一次找的資料多一些。

我主要是根據OTPF來定義社會功能，包含：

職能領域之Social Participation：“Organized patterns of behavior that are characteristic and expected of an individual or a given position within a social system”  (Mosey, 1996, p. 340)

表現技巧之Communication and social skills：Actions or behaviors a person uses to communicate and interact with others in an interactive environment (Fisher, 2006)

在查詢曾用在中風病人的社會功能評估量表時，發現多數是使用QOL問卷之下的次項目來評估社會參與狀況，其內容多是主觀評量自己對社會參與的狀況/限制和滿意度；且部分評量表對社會參與的定義較為廣泛，可能會包含休閒、工作相關的問題，有些難決定是否要保留文章。

結果42篇裡面只有8篇是我認為有包含較需要的資訊：符合最初搜尋的定義、有用到相關量表來評估社會參與/功能，也有在結果部分做說明。這樣的搜尋策略出來結果有很多是關於社會關係的質性研究，覺得並沒有很集中在我想要的內容，相關度不到25%.....真是有夠難找的。
